Booking Terms & Conditions
Full Package
1. Deposits & Payments
i. A non-refundable deposit of £25.00 per person is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 October 2026 (6 weeks before the event).
ii. Bookings made on or before 31 January 2026 qualify for the Book Now Pay Later offer (BirthdayPresent), with the deposit due no later than 1 February 2026.
iii. Bookings made from 2 October 2026 onwards must be paid in full at the time of booking.
2. Late or Missed Payments
i. If the deposit for a BookNowPayLater booking is not paid by 1 February 2026, the booking will be cancelled and any reserved seating will be lost.
ii. If the final balance is not received by 2 October 2026, a late payment fee of £10 per person will apply.
iii. If the final balance remains unpaid by 9 October 2026, the booking will be void and all monies paid will be forfeited.
3. Cancellations Prior to 2 October 2026 and up to Four Weeks Before the Event (up to 16 October 2026)
Cancellations made within this period will receive a refund of all monies paid minus the non-refundable £25.00 deposit per person. All administration fees and cancellation charges will be deducted before any refund is issued.
4. Cancellations After Four Weeks Prior to the Event (16 October 2026)
Cancellations made during this period will result in loss of all monies paid. Additional administration fees and cancellation charges may apply.
5. Amendments
All amendments to a booking incur a £10 administration fee per booking.
6. Cancellation Fees
All cancellations incur a £10 administration fee per booking plus a £5 cancellation charge per person.
7. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If the event is cancelled or postponed for any reason, you may transfer your booking to the next event or request a refund of all monies paid.
8. Artists
All advertised artists are subject to change without notice.
Entry Ticket Only
1. Bookings are confirmed by paying the full ticket price at the time of purchase.
2. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Amendments incur a £10 administration charge per booking.
4. Cancellations incur a £10 administration charge per booking, a £5 per person cancellation fee, plus the full cost of the ticket.
5. If the event is cancelled or postponed, you may transfer your ticket to the next event or request a refund of monies paid.
6. No person under 18 years of age may attend without adult supervision.
7. Proof of age may be required for anyone who appears under 18.
